We are making and fulfilling your orders as usual, with some delivery delays. International orders may take up to 2 weeks longer than normal to arrive.

If you have any questions at any time, please email us and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Order Information

Most of our products are made-to-order with a processing time up to 2-3 weeks. Whenever we have ready-made products, these will usually ship within 3-5 working days. Once your order is ready you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Information

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 AUD!

Deliveries within Australia are made with Sendle. Sendle is Australia's only 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B-Corporation. Delivery time is typically 3-5 working days.

Please note, Sendle cannot delivery to Australia Post owned properties, such as post offices, PO boxes, or parcel collect locations. A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries within Australia.

Deliveries outside Australia are made with Australia Post and include a tracking number for your peace of mind. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and delivery typically takes 8-10 working days to New Zealand, and 14 or more working days internationally.

Customs & Duty Charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region. OHMINME cannot be held responsible for any delays, costs or issues that arise from shipping outside Australia.


Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This includes change of mind purchases and incorrect sizing, so pleasure measure carefully according to the item's size guide. If in doubt - please contact us before placing your order. We love to help!

If the items supplied to you are damaged on delivery or items are missing, you should contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your package to arrange the shipment of a replacement item. If you have any other complaint about the items, you should contact us via email as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of the date you discovered or ought to have discovered the damage, defect or complaint.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges for items that have been damaged from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended, failure to follow instructions, or any alternation, modification or repair carried out without our written approval.


The product prices featured on our website are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD). You may change the currency to browse our website, however all orders will be finalised and displayed in AUD.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Only one discount code can be used per transaction and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. No additional taxes will be charged.
