COVID-19 Update

During this challenging time, our hearts go out to those who are impacted by the coronavirus. As a very small home-based business, we are deeply grateful for your love and support. Thank you!

We are making and fulfilling your orders as usual, with some delivery delays. International orders may take up to 2 weeks longer than normal to arrive.

Christmas Cut-off Dates

To ensure your furiends Christmas gifts arrive on time (we don't want sad puppy eyes on Christmas morning 🥺), please have a look at the table below.

*Free shipping for orders over $200 are sent via standard post with tracking. It does not include express shipping hence we cannot guarantee arrival by Christmas if ordered past the "Last Day to Order (Standard Post)" date. Please contact us if your order is eligible for free shipping and wish to upgrade to Express Post (we'll cover parts of the cost).

Order Information

Most of our products are made to order. Currently, it takes 1-2 weeks for us to finish making your order. Whenever we have ready-made products, these will usually ship within 3-5 working days. Once your order is ready you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

If you need your order by a certain time, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

Shipping Information

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $200 AUD!

Deliveries within Australia are made with Sendle. Sendle is Australia's only 100% carbon neutral delivery service and certified B-Corporation. Delivery time is typically 3-5 working days.

Please note, Sendle cannot delivery to Australia Post owned properties, such as post offices, PO boxes, or parcel collect locations. A physical street address is required for all Sendle deliveries within Australia.

Deliveries outside Australia are made with Australia Post and include a tracking number for your peace of mind (Economy Air does NOT come with tracking). Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and delivery typically takes 8-10 working days to New Zealand, and 14 or more working days internationally.

Returns Policy

We understand that buying online for your best furiend can be tricky. If your item was not quite right please contact us within 14 days of receiving them and we may be able to accept a return/exchange in the form of a store credit (see below for additional details).

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind, custom made items, and sale items.

Tie-on bandanas, Bow ties, Fabric collars, Fabric harnesses are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange within 14 days from date of delivery.

Sweaters, Leashes, Hair bows, Hemp bandanas (Arcus, Ananas, Huckleberry), Macrame collars (Kompis, Hygge), Macrame harnesses (Buddy, Malibu) are not eligible for return/exchange and are final sale.

All return/exchange items must be in original/unworn/unused/unwashed condition and shipped back in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and in the event of an exchange, for the shipping fee to receive the new item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service as we do not take responsibility for returns that are lost during transit.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will ship the correct item your way. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.

Customs & Duty Charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region. OHMINME cannot be held responsible for any delays, costs or issues that arise from shipping outside Australia.

Billing

The product prices featured on our website are displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD). You may change the currency to browse our website, however most orders will be finalised and displayed in AUD.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We now also offer AfterPay for AUS and NZ customer!

Only one discount code can be used per transaction and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

Shipping costs are calculated and added at checkout. No additional taxes will be charged.
